Defining Terms and Conditions

  • I ensure that the details I have filled out in the query/registration form are correct, to the best of my knowledge.
  • I extend assurance that all the details regarding my credentials, past visa applications/refusals, and college applications are authentic. Besides the provided information, I have not applied to any other courses or through any other agency. I understand that an honest communication of details is in the best interest of my prospects.
  • I validate that I have authorised Silver Fern Education Consultants to counsel me for career counselling and overseas applications. Hence, Silver Fern Education Consultants are also authorised to represent my candidature for my college/university applications and any relevant issues in this regard.
  • I authorise Silver Fern Education Consultants to share my information and personal details with the colleges/universities to which I have agreed to apply. Representatives from Silver Fern Education Consultants can contact me via email, SMS, calls, or WhatsApp to share regular updates on my applications.
  • I understand that the final decision regarding admissions is at the discretion of the institute applied to and is subject to the qualifying standards that are unique to every institution. The role of Silver Fern Education Consultants is only ancillary to putting forth a strong candidature for admission. Rejection from any institution or country will not be the responsibility of the organization, given that there are stern prerequisites to be met.
  • I validate that the courses, universities, and countries Silver Fern Education Consultants apply to on my behalf are known to me, and the intricate details have been shared with me by the counsellors. Silver Fern Education Consultants cannot be held liable for course content, college environment, or residency issues later.
  • The psychometric test reports provided to students after effectively assessing and scrutinizing them are only to offer recommendations on stream/career options and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
