The Harvard HPAIR Leadership Program in 2024 marked the first success of EduQuest by Silver Fern as it delivered the most impactful, unique and powerful leadership development platform in Chandigarh. We relentlessly talk about empowering students to become global leaders and with this event, we translated our vision into a tangible reality.
We had mentors flying all the way from Harvard University to share their leadership perspectives and the leadership skills that are essential to make it to a highly prestigious institution like Harvard University. In this distinctive leadership platform enabled by a strategic collaboration between the Harvard College Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) and EduQuest, students from more than 40 schools across India participated.
They learned the nuances of leadership and networking through a perfect blend of informative sessions, team activities, and brainstorming. For them, learning about passion projects, leadership excellence and modes of persuasion from Harvard mentors turned out to be a life-transforming experience.
In fact, a lot of students went on to collaborate with each other after the bootcamp to create passion projects, startups and other initiatives in the capacity of leaders. It was great to see a sudden surge in students’ confidence and leadership aptitude as a direct result of this program.
